How does it work?

Our step by step guide below gives you an idea of how our quick and easy process works*

Immediately after an accident:

  1. You can process your claim with us 9-5, 5 days a week, contact us on: 01622 529 068.

  2. With one of our replacement vehicles you can carry on with your routine as normal and we will keep you updated every step of the way on your vehicle repair.

  3. Repair complete, vehicle returned to you with warranty intact and paperwork completed.

Whilst our Support Team:

  1. If your vehicle is not driveable we will arrange for the vehicle to be collected.

  2. We deliver a replacement vehicle to a location that’s most convenient for you.

  3. The Zeus Team will liaise directly with your insurer and will manage the entire claims process on your behalf

  4. All parts are manufacturer-approved.

  5. Once repaired we will return your vehicle to you and collect the replacement.

  6. Wrap up of all paperwork and communication with the insurer.
